The website is not letting me log in to update my review.
My credit card was stolen by Jesse and I was assured by his supervisor Kelli that he had been fired. My deposit was returned but she kept asking me about removing my review. It bothered me how concerned she was about my review that I asked a friend if I could use their email. I emailed Jesse and he responded.
If he was fired his email should have been deactivated and anything sent to him should be forwarded to someone else.
Kelli offered to send me a gift card for my trouble but I do not want hush money. I want them to take real responsibility for their employees. If you don't see an order ID # here I think the reviews are fake. They can't have this many good reviews, look at yelp. I think those are more honest and these are fake reviews here.

First Call Relocations proved to be a great experience all around. I move about once a year so I've used a lot of different companies. This is the first time nothing got broken or scratched. The movers were friendly, gentle with my stuff and moved at a fast pace. They were professional and experienced. I spoke with their sales guy in the office and he was also friendly and very helpful. I called on short notice and he made sure that I got moved on time. I would highly recommend this First Call Relocations for your move. I will be using them for my next move!

Also note they responded to my original review (from 11/19-scroll down to see their laughable response, which I'm NOT deleting) by claiming I'm not a real customer. Well this time I've attached my contract so everyone can see just how full of crap this company is and how they LIED YET AGAIN claiming I'm not a real customer. They claimed I was contacted and would "recommend them" I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This company is so full of crap and are straight up LIARS. Any one notice how many times they've been flagged on this website for writing FAKE reviews to inflate their awful rating? I was quoted $3678 including a $573 "expedited delivery fee" by a representative named "Orlando Delarosa". He guaranteed me I would have my goods within 3-5 days after pick up. On pick up day I was informed while they were loading the truck that I exceeded the cubic feet of the move and was charged an additional $1100. It was quoted as being 59 total pieces. I had 62. For 3 extra boxes it was over $1000. The pick up movers refused to give me any form of paperwork including an inventory control sheet. They broke the ceiling in the hallway of my old apartment building and did not acknowledge it. The company failed to meet the expedited delivery and refused to tell me a new date, despite numerous phone calls. In fact there was 0 communication from them unless I repeatedly called and called until someone would answer. They treated both myself and my mother incredibly rude every time we managed to get someone on the phone. I was told by a customer service person "Kate" that the expedited fee would be waived. I was also told the same information from the "supervisor" Andre. Andre claimed to be the CEO of the company yet spoke in a condescending and abusive manner whenever I tried to get an answer from him regarding where my stuff was. He even went as far as to say I would be shot if I tried to come to the warehouse where my items were located. This is the CEO? Yeah alright, more lies and nonsense from this company. The expedited window was 3-5 business days and they completely failed to meet that, eventually making the delivery 16 business days later (that's 27 total days with no bed, furniture or clothing). Upon delivery I was informed the expedited fee had not been waived and full payment was required to unload the truck. They had sent an 18 wheel tractor trailer to my apartment complex. They charged me an additional $300 for a
"long carry" because they could not get the truck near my apartment. The boxes arrived mangled and ripped open, filled with bugs and weird smells. After delivery, I filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the FMCSA. I was contacted by a customer service representative who said she would get back to me about refunding my expedited delivery fee. I, of course never heard back again. Every review here that praises this company is FAKE. BEWARE.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5078

I placed a deposit but our plans changed rather quickly so I called and emailed the next day to cancel my reservation. Jesse told me that it wasn't a problem, he sounded super annoyed but assured me I could get a refund. He said I needed to call back the next day because their accounting people left at 3:30 and it was 4pm. I didn't call because he emailed me and said they were taking care of it. Friday I got a text from him asking me to give him a code that was texted to me so he could get the refund processed. I was busy and in an area with bad reception. I didn't really pay attention how he was claiming I was getting a refund. Instead of refunding it to my credit card they were using apple pay to refund me. I didn't realize how weird that was until later on that day. In one of the texts Jesse said he wanted to process the return asap because he was leaving for the weekend to Orlando.
Later that night my credit card company called and asked if I made a purchase at Bloomingdales in Florida using Apple Pay! I said no as I am in California and it wasn't an online order. I also don't have apple pay on my phone. I logged in a little while later to do screen shots to send to his boss and saw there are 3 more charges from Lyft. I'm not sure why those are there because my CC company said they are canceling that card and sending me a new one, but they might have been done earlier but weren't processed until after they called since they are much smaller amounts than the Bloomingdales charge.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on Monday along with his supervisor. This is beyond shady! as much bragging as this guy did to sell me on his company and their BBB rating, I'm just that more disappointed in them and will not be calling them when we do find out when we get to move.

The customer service at first call relocations was second to none. I had no choice but to hire a professional mover as I was relocating about 400 miles. This was all new to me and I explain that to the kind gentleman who called me to discuss the details. I listed off the furniture I was bringing and told him about my boxes from there he gave me a price. He told me the price for subject to change if I decided to bring more items then I discussed with him. However on the move date I actually wound up bringing S and as a result my price went down which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the whole move somebody was in constant contact with me, dear customer service or dispatch even the manager called to check up on me which I liked. They said the key to a successful move this communication and honesty and we both did our part. I was reluctant to have found them and they did an excellent job.

Price was fair and delivery was on time. Movers were friendly and communication between the moving company/delivery truck was very great. Couple of items that were lightly damaged in my last move really upset me, and the movers said most stuff gets damaged during moves honestly. Not this time though.

Used First Call twice; FL to MA and MA to NC. Overall happy with this business. Recommended to family and friends. Not a broker and competitive quotes. We paid what we were quoted. Would use again for a bigger move.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6302

This was the easiest move I’ve ever been a part of. It made all the sense in the world to hire a professional mover but I had no idea who to chose going into this. I found first call relocations After submitting my information online. They were the first company to call and we put a list together. It was easiest if you go room by room and call off the items. They entered into their system and gave me a price. The price was in the middle of all the quotes I had got, they were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. The quality of work they provided however was exceptional. Their company called me with all the updates and I was not in the dark at any time during the move. The movers did a great job in wrapping the furniture in there in the truck. Did delivery came quick in about five days and they unloaded everything into the rooms that I delegated. It was an easy and smooth experience and there is no better company for the job then them.

I’ve had a lot of experience with up and moving and doing it by myself. Now that I have a family it’s so much easier just to hire a reputable company, if you can find one, which is not as easy as it sounds. We heard of First Call Moving Company through a friend and we were so pleased with the referral. Everything with First Call turned out perfect. They came and did a walk through and gave us a quote. They kept it in the same ballpark as they originally said. The day they came to pick our things we saw nothing but professionalism and curtesy. They had coverings on their shoes, gloves on their hands, and didn’t scuff any of our walls or furniture. The delivery of our things, thank goodness, was on time. They came on the day they said and everything was put back together. We were very happy with First Call and will be using them again in the future.

The only way I was going to have a professional mover handle my furniture was if I had an on-site estimate. First call relocations came to my home and walk through all the rooms. The gentleman that did the walk-through and marked the pieces off then later went back to his office and put it into his system. He called me the same day with the price and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a little bit more than I wanted to pay but nonetheless there was a flat fee. As long as my list of items did not change neither would my price, and it didn’t. The price they gave me was all inclusive with packing, loading and unloading and travel costs I was nervous at first because of all the horror stories you hear but I knew the right way to do it was with the flat fee. They did a great job and I would happily employ them again.

Deciding on First Call for our move which was completed yesterday was an over all great choice for us. When we were searching for a mover the First Call website offered helpful information with a really cool live on screen salesperson who answered all of our questions before the move.

Our movers were scheduled to arrive by noon yesterday but I got a call two hours early saying they were ready to come if we wanted and I gladly accepted. Moving is not fun and I wanted it done as fast as possible. The three movers who showed did everything they could to make this a positive experience for us. The lead mover was always attentive thru the the whole move. He was the director who took quick control guiding us thru the process and taking the time to talk to us about how things would be done. All three young men were polite, respectful and extremely efficient.

They treated all of our things safely making sure not to hit our walls and took special care wrapping everything. Their price was reasonable compared to the other companies that I had received estimates from. I will definitely recommend First Call.

Please do NOT use this company under any circumstance. The positive reviews on this site are fake and are fabricated by this horrible company. We had the worse moving experience ever. The quote Mark gave on the phone was way under, by about $6,000. The car transporter never showed. The furniture movers broke and lost several items. They never return phone calls. Mark was a smooth talker, but empty promises and extremely sketchy business practices. Go to Yelp for all the real reviews. I only wish I had!!

This time that we had to move, I was able to help out and chose the company. That was amazing to me. I spoke with numerous companies but the only person that seemed genuine and knowledgeable was Dillon at First Call Relocations.

I was very prepared for the move days prior and very happy that I was being taken care of by a company that has this much professionalism.

We were picked up with no issues and then very soon after we were delivered with no issues. I just wanted to say thank you to all who helped out with our relocation. 5 stars all the way around.

The whole entire staff at First Call Relocations really outdid themselves with our move. They were the first company to respond to my online request to start receiving moving estimates. We spoke for almost 45 minutes the first call. After that we exchanged emails and telephone calls until we had it just right. The communication was excellent. Anytime I had a question or concern I was able to call my sales representative. The customer service department called me a few days prior to my move date and went over the list one last time to make sure my inventory list had remained the same. I liked working with them I felt we were all on the same page and I never felt lied to or cheated at any point.

This was my first time using a professional moving service so I completely trusted them. I had a household worth of furniture that has built up over 20 years or so. The moving when that came to my home were very professional and took great care of my goods. They took apart my bed and blanket wrapped the furniture. They packed all my boxes and even took care of my televisions as well. Throughout the course of the move I would get phone calls basically keeping me up to speed at each and every turn during the move. The dispatch department called me the day before delivery just to make sure I would be there to take the shipment.

The move was a total success and its all due to the hard work of First call relocations. My family and I are very satisfied with the level of service we received from this company. They are very hard working, honest and upfront with all the costs. I would be happy to refer them going forward.

Am blessed to have gotten the opportunity to work with first call relocations .I know there are many many movers out there and I quickly realize that after asking for quotes online. The thing I like the most about first call relocationswhere is they will work with their own employees and their own and operate their own trucks. The last thing I wanted was a moving broker. They were extremely detailed in their work and they made it a priority to put together an accurate list. Any items I had questions about I send pictures over to make sure we allocated the proper amount of space. Anything that needed special packing I also emailed over pictures as well. Even after we completed our list I had asked my associate they put on a couple hundred extra cubic feet to make sure I did not go over. The movers arrive then I watch them work as they move through my home. They treated all the pieces gently and pack the truck in a way that nothing would be crushed. My list match their list exactly and we still had extra space for my price has dropped beyond that. Their dispatch department called me as the truck was in route to make sure and confirm that somebody would be there to take the delivery. They originally told me 10 to 14 days but the delivery came in nine so I was happy to say I would take it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and they treated me with a higher level of respect and that’s all that I could ask for. So in the end coming on here to write a positive review is the least that I could do. Thank you.

I was moving from California to New Mexico and I needed a long distance moving company. I actually spoke to a couple other movers and they were not willing to go to the part of New Mexico I was moving to. I spoke to first call relocations and they told me he would not be a problem so I was relieved. I was under a lot of pressure between juggling moving companies, children, I knew home as well as my place of employment. It was a big change so I had to ensure that I worked with the right company. First call relocations also spoke to the new building I was moving to and made sure they had all the appropriate paperwork and documentation to make the move. It was a little bit tricky because I had to reserve an elevator so it was imperative that the movers showed up when they said that they would. I had zero problems from start to finish when working with this company. They did exactly what they said they would and they did it well. They worked hard and efficient and even followed up with a phone call a week after to make sure I was satisfied with their service and had all of my belongings. There’s a reason why they are a five star company and I am just one of the many stories that tell it.

If I I could this moving company 10 Stars I would!! They moved our furniture and boxes from Miami to New York and were very professional. Nikki was extremely nice during the sales process that I chose to work with First Call Relocations.


The Crew was on time, clean, respectful, courteous, and careful. They wrapped everything with care not to damage anything. When the Crew arrived at my house they put Blankets and mats on the floor to protect my hard wood floors. They also put pads on the door frames to keep themselves from damaging them as well.


I was moving on a tight budget and First Call was able to keep within my budget and give me a professional move. They even crated up all my glass furniture for no additional charge. The move took a total of 4 days to arrive at my new home in New York.


If I ever decided to move again I will defiantly be using this company.

Really impressed with the customer service from first call relocation. They made us all feel so comfortable with the phone calls and the follow ups and the accuracy of their estimates. We thought that they really care about our well-being and treat her our furniture accordingly. They wrapped everything and secured our load and nothing was damaged. They price matched our “with another one that we received. They saved us so much money I am so thankful. They also helped us ship our vehicle in the process. They did it in a way that the car would arrive the same time as our household goods. They did all the back-and-forth phone calls with the building to make sure the elevator and the truck would arrive in the window we were designated. There was a lot of things going on for us and they really used our mind when he came to the moving. Can’t say enough about how great the move went. Hopefully we won’t move again for another 20 years but if we do happy to give these guys a call.

First Call Relocations called me and I recognized immediately they were the company I was looking for. They carried themself on the phone in a way I could relate to. They were professional and courteous and didn’t beat me down into making a payment. I asked to see copies of up to date registration information and licenses and it was oromptly sent to me. I needed to make sure I was dealing with an actual mover and not a third party. The sales team there was very detailed in making sure all my pieces were listed and properly packed. When the movers came the boxes were ready and all they had to do was load the truck and go. My furniture was handled well nothing stacked on each other or broken. Start to finish the communication was great and I’d recommend them going forward.

I was pretty impressed with First Call Relocations. Excellent and quick communication from Tim throughout the process.

The truck (much bigger than I needed but better too big than too small) and movers arrived right on time, like, to the minute. They gave me an 8-10am window but I requested 9 am due to my storage hours and they showed up right at 9. I also had three pickup locations (storage unit, friend's garage, OfferUp purchase location) and received no fuss about it.

There were a couple times Shawn and his teammate carried heavy things solo and made me kind of nervous, but they took good care of my stuff. Nothing was broken or dinged. Packed it well inside the truck. Dropped everything off where I told them to put it and helped re-assemble a couple things too.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Will definitely go back to them for my next move.

The moving crew of First Call Relocations were excellent and even more! We hired them to store our personal belongings and furniture from the old house for 5 months until we move to our new house. All the movers showed up at our old house at the day of the move and it was confirmed with Donna from the office. The items were stored at their warehouse and after the 5 months…we called to Donna once again to schedule another moving from the storage to our new house. Donna was very nice to me and extremely helpful. All the items arrived to my house safe and in good condition. Donna made sure that we are very happy and that there are no problems or issues during and after they completed the work. The movers came over to the new house and they unloaded everything with extra causes and if there was ever a piece or some boxes that they didn't understand where to put them, they would come ask for clarification. We would highly recommend them for a move!
